Sam Green (she/her) joined the DFX team in spring 2026. She is a thoughtful creative who finds purpose using her digital skills to amplify marginalized voices and advocate for human rights. After graduating from Colorado State University with a BA in Journalism and Media Communication, Sam found her place within Denver’s vibrant nonprofit sector. Before joining the DFX team, she managed marketing and operations for conflict transformation and restorative justice programs for The Conflict Center, and served as a digital coordinator for economic justice campaigns with 9to5 Colorado. She is thrilled to bring her communications and operations expertise to the DFX team!

A central Denver local, Sam’s love for the mountains has kept her rooted in the Mile High City. She currently resides in Edgewater with her partner, two cats, and a turtle. Outside of work, she enjoys thoroughly sorting through thrift stores for hidden gems, walking around Sloan’s Lake, and feeding her love of learning with a never-ending queue of documentaries.
