Kale (they/them) joined the DFX team in August 2026 as an extern. They are currently pursuing their Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) at the University of Denver, where they are specializing in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health. They earned their BA in Psychology from Skidmore College and MA in Counseling from the University of Denver.

They have experience providing therapeutic and assessment services to individuals across the lifespan and especially enjoys working with neurodivergent children and their families. Their clinical interests center on psychological and developmental assessment, with a particular passion for supporting young children through comprehensive, strengths-based evaluations.

In their free time, they enjoy hiking with their dog, Waffles, rock climbing, crafting, reading, and spending as much time outdoors in the sunshine as possible.
