Beth Yohe (she/her) is an accomplished nonprofit leader with over 25 years of experience in the sector, locally in Denver, CO, and nationally. The through line of Beth’s professional and volunteer roles has been commitment to inclusion, engaged belonging, equity and access. Therefore, it is especially meaningful to step into the CEO role for Developmental FX and contribute alongside the dedicated staff to its transformational work empowering children and their families to thrive.
Prior to joining Developmental FX as the CEO in July 2025, Beth served as the Executive Director of The Conflict Center, leading and collaborating to fulfill its mission to teach practical conflict transformation skills and restorative justice. She also has a background in fund development and anti-bias education, training and facilitation. An active leader in Denver’s non-profit community, Beth is involved both locally and nationally on issues related to educational access, conflict transformation and social justice. Beth currently serves as a faculty member for the Social Justice Training Institute. Previous service includes the Advisory Board for The Ad Council’s Love has No Labels campaign, Board President of the International Bullying Prevention Association and Chair of the Mapleton Education Foundation.
She received her Masters of Science from Colorado State University and her Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University. Beth loves spending family time whether at home playing board games, at one of her daughters’ activities or out enjoying the beauty of Colorado.
